Uche Chorchori | Bengali Style Karela sabzi | Indian Style Bitter Gourd Recipe #250

Bitter gourd is very popular vegetable curry bengali style,. In Bengali we call it "uchhe".. This is a tasty way to enjoy this vegetable!!! Try Uchche Aloo Chorchori or Karele ki Sabzi recipe and let me know . Served with white rice

Ingredients :-

Bitter gourd/uchchhe/ Karela - 1 cup
Potatoes - 1 medium size (cut into small pieces)
Eggplant (begun) - 7-8 pieces (cut into small pieces)
Mulo - 1/2 cup
Shim - 1/2 cup
Dal er Bori - 7 - 8 pieces
Panch Phoron (Bengali five spices) - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt as per teste
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
