Tangra with Kalo Jeere and Bori or Tengra Macher Jhal is Bengali staple fish curry . It is very simple to prepare recipe and very tasty too. Tangra Macher Jhol is a very tasty bengali recipe,do try the recipe and share your experience in the comment section down below.

Ingredients :-

Tangra mach - 4 pieces
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp.
Salt as per taste
Bori - 6 - 7 pieces
Mustard Oil - 3 Tbsp
Kalo jeere - 1/2 tsp
Green chilies - 3 pieces
Garlic - 6-7 pieces
Tomato chopped - 1 tbsp
Onion chopped - 1 medium size
Whole Mustard seeds & Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp

(With this two add some salt and green chili , then soak then in water 10 - 15 minutes. Then blend it and make a smooth paste)
