Sorse diya Doi Mach | Fish with Curd gravy
Today I will show you how to prepare Sorse diya Doi Mach. It is authentic Bengali dish, very delicious and equaliy easy to prepare. I hope you will like this recipe.
Fish(katla) - 5 pieces, marinate with turmeric powder and salt,
Curd - 2 cups,
Mustard paste - 1/2 cup,
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(as yu like),
Salt to taste,
Mustard oil - 4 to 5 tbsp,
Onion seeds - 1/2 tsp,
Green chilli - 4 to 5,
In a bowl add curd, mustard paste, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and keep it aside.
Fry the fish pieces,
Same oil add onion seeds, then add curd mixture.
Add water and fried fish.
Keep the lid off for 10 mins on low flame.
Serve with hot plain rice.
