Hello Friends!
Here is an easy recipe of your favorite Mughlai Chicken. This is better than you will find at any restaurant!

Pound Cake Recipe:

Chicken. 500 g
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste

Other Ingredients:
2 med-sized onions
10-12 cashew nuts
2 large tomato puree
1 cup milk
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Fresh coriander to garnish

1. Add chicken in a bowl and to that add all ingredients of the marinade. Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken. Cook until the oil separates. Keep aside.
3. Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Now add tomato puree, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add chaat masala, garam masala and salt. Cook for 4-5 min.
5. Add milk and cook until the gravy thickens.
6. Add cream and cooked chicken. Mix well and add one cup of water. Cover and coo for 10 minutes.
7. Add fresh coriander leaves.
8. Serve hot with naan and Enjoy.
