Patishapta pitha is one of the most popular bengali sweet delicacy. Traditionally Bengali Sweet , the pancake is made of rice flour and the filling is made of with coconut, khoya and date palm jaggery. This is an authentic Bengali sweet that is generally made in an auspicious occation. Follow Ananya's simple steps and get rid of that craving for good. Happy eating to you!

Ingredients:- (Crepe batter)

All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Rice flour (Chal guro) - 2 tbsp
Seomlina (Suji): 2 tbsp
Milk (Dudh): 1/2 cup
Date palm jaggery - 2 tbsp
Slat - 1 pinch

White oil & Ghee - 2 tbsp (for frying)

Ingredients: - ( Crepe filling:)

Coconut 1 pieces
Gur or jaggery - 75 gm
Milk - 1/2 cup

Mawa (khoya) - 25 gm
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
