Fish : 4 Pcs (Fish Pcs Marinated with Salt & Turmeric Powder)
Mustard oil : 4Table Spoon
Turmeric Powder : 1Tea Spoon
Red Chilly Powder : 1Tea Spoon
Salt : As Per Taste
Sugar : AS Per Taste
Black Cumin : 1Tea Spoon
Green Chilly : 2 Pcs
Onion : 1 Chopped

Mustard Sauce : 3 Table Spoon
(1 Table Spoon Mustard Seed, 2Pcs. Green Chilly, 1 Tomato)
Procedure of Mustard Sauce:
Blend all ingredients (1 Table Spoon Mustard Seed, 2Pcs. Green Chilly, 1 Tomato) together.


Heat Mustard Oil in Kadai.
Fry Fish Pcs in Mustard Oil. Fry both sides of Fish Pcs till golden brown.
Then 1 Tea spoon Black Cumin & 2 Pcs Green Chilly add in Oil.
Add chopped Onion in Oil. Fry till It turns golden.
Add 3 Table Spoon Mustard Sauce. Saute it till oil separates from masala.
Add 1 cup Water. Let it boil.
Add Fried Fish Pcs into Gravy. Leave it for 5 mins.
After 5 mins FISH IN MUSTARD SAUCE Is Ready To Serve.
