Ingredients required for Bengali style Fish curry | Rohu fish curry | How to make fish curry | dhaba style fish curry | Fried fish curry

Fish - 1 kg
Garlic - 2 whole garlic
Tomatoes - 3 medium size
Onion - 1 medium size
yellow mustard seeds - 2 Table spoon
poppy seeds - 1 Table spoon
Black mustard seeds - 1 table spoon
Mustard oil for frying the fish and making gravy
Coriander leaves finely chopped

In Dry spices
Coriander powder - 1 Table spoon
Red chili powder - 1 table spoon
turmeric powder - 2 Tsp
Salt to taste
