Steamed Hilsha or Ilish Bhapa is very Rich Gravy and popular delicious fish dish in Bengali Cuisine and one of the best fish preparations . This is easy to cook . Serve With White steamed rice .

Ingredients :-

Ilsh/Hilsha fish - 2 pieces
Salt 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp (Soaked 3 tbsp of water for 30 minutes) (Then blend it with 2 tbsp of water until smooth paste)
Green chilies - 4 pieces
