Baila Fish Recipe, Bele Fish Curry, Sand Goby Fish Curry Recipe, Bengali Fish Recipe, Baila Mach #INGREDIENTS:
½ kg baila fish (4-5 piece)
1 cup chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
1/4th cup onion paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
4-5 piece green chili
Some chopped coriander leaves
½ cup oil
One & halt cup hot water

Take washed baila fish. Some salt, ½ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp red chili powder mix with fish. Coat fish properly. Then fish will ready for fry.
In a pan heat 1/4th cup oil. Pour all fish very carefully. Fry all fish with both sides in high-medium flame. Fry fish until golden brown colour. It will take around 10-12 minutes to properly fry.
Transfer fried fish in a bowl.
In the same pan, add remaining oil and heat this. Add chopped onion. Fry onion until golden brown colour.
Then add onion paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt one by one. Stir and mix all properly. Saute all spices for 4-5 minute.
5 minutes later, add chopped tomatoes. Saute tomatoes. In this time, cover the pan for 4-5 minute for well-cooked tomatoes.
Open the lid after 5 minutes. Stir this. Add hot water and stir to mix this. Now cover the pan 2-3 minute just for boiling.
After boiling, open the lid. Add all fried fishes. Fish will cook in this gravy. Cover the pan for 30 minutes in low medium flame.
30 minutes later, Open the lid. Flip over all fish gently. So that, both sides will cook perfectly.
Add green chili and again cover the pan for 10 minutes.
Open the lid after 10 minutes. Add roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves. Cover with lid for 2 minutes.
Put off the flame after 2 minute. Serve this Baila fish and enjoy with any kind of rice.
