Hi , friends today i am going to make a fish curry recipe i.e. Bori diye Bhola Macher jhol (বড়ি দিয়ে ভোলা মাছের ঝোল) . It is tasty, healthy but not so much spicy...
1. Fish (bhola maach)
2. Begoon / eggplant
3. Bori /bari
4. Mustard oil
5. Dry red chilli
6. Cumin seeds
7. Turmeric powder
8. Cumin powder
10. Green chilli
12. Coriander leaves
13. Lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE
• First marinate the fish with 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1tsp lemon juice and keep a side at least 5 minutes.
• Then heat a mustard oil in a pan and fry all marinate fish in a both side then keep a side.
• In a same oil add bori and fry little bit then keep a side.
• In a same oil add 2 dry red chilli, half tsp cumin seeds then fry little bit then add egg plant slices and fry well at least 1 minutes at a high flame.
• After 1 minutes add 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste mix them well and fry 30 seconds . then add green chilli slices and again fry little bit then add 1 and a half cup water and lid it at least 6 minutes.
• After 6 minutes add fry bori and again lid at least 5 minutes.
• After 5 minutes add fry fish and lid 2 minutes. After that add coriander leaves. Now its ready to eat with a rice.
