This Traditional Bengali Dessert Is Usually Made during The Winter Season.
Refined Flour – 250 gm
Semolina – 100 gm
Rice Flour – 50 gm
Sugar – 100gm
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Mawa Kheer – 100 gm
Sugar – 150 gm
Milk – ½ cup
PREPARE THE BATTER
In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients refined flour, Semolina, Rice flour, Salt as per test, Sugar, Ghee.
Then add Milk -little at a time and prepare batter.
Mix nicely to make it.
The consistency of the batter should be like this.
Let it rest for 2 hours.
PREPARE THE FILLING
Into the preheated pan pour grated Coconut, Mawa Kheer, Sugar and Milk keep stirring it on medium flame.
After 10 minutes filling is ready, add 1 tbsp Cardamom powder.
Brush oil on to a preheated frying pan.
Pour a ladle of batter.
Spread the batter and make a round shape and fry it on a medium flame.
Place the mixture at one end.
Fold it like this.
